相同DLI下LED光照模式对螺旋藻产量和品质的影响

摘  要:合适的光照模式可以促进螺旋藻的生长和代谢产物积累,本试验在相同日光照强度(Daily Light Integral,DLI)下探究了不同光质组合和光周期对螺旋藻生长速率、干物质产量和形态建成的影响。试验设置了红光光周期16 h/8 h和24 h/0 h处理、红蓝光(光强比9∶1)下光周期16 h/8 h和24 h/0 h处理以及红蓝光交替照射(光强比4.5∶1,交替时长为红光16 h,蓝光8 h)五种处理方式,在螺旋藻培养6 d后进行采收,测定分析了各处理螺旋藻的生长速率、干物质产量、形态建成、叶绿素a和藻蓝蛋白含量。结果得红蓝光下光周期16 h∶8 h条件螺旋藻生长速率和干物质产量均为最高,最终产量达到了0.81 g,其藻蓝蛋白含量也为最高1.21 mg/g。蓝光加入有利于螺旋藻的光合色素的积累,蓝光加入后叶绿素a和藻蓝蛋白含量均高于单红光处理组。另一方面,24 h光照射组抑制了螺旋藻的生长,降低产量,但红蓝光交替照射处理并未抑制其生长,叶绿素a含量也达到了最高8.83 mg/g,说明用适量的蓝光照射代替暗期是可行的。Appropriate lighting modes can promote the growth and accumulation of metabolites in Spirulina.This experiment investigates the effects of different light quality combinations and photoperiods on the growth rate,dry biomass yield and morphological development of Spirulina under the same DLI.The experiment set up five treatment conditions:red light with a photoperiod of 16 h/8 h and 24 h/0 h,red-blue light(light intensity ratio of 9∶1)with photoperiod of 16 h/8 and 24 h/0 h,and alternating red-blue light(light intensity ratio of 4.5∶1,with red light for 16 h and blue light for 8 h).After six days of Spirulina cultivation,the growth rate,dry biomass yield,morphological development,chlorophyll content,and phycocyanin content of Spirulina in each treatment were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the growth rate and dry biomass yield of Spirulina platensis were the highest under the condition of 16 h∶8 h photoperiod,and the final yield reached 0.81 g,and its phycocyanin content was also the highest at 1.21 mg/g.The addition of blue light is beneficial to the accumulation of photosynthetic pigments in Spirulina,and the contents of chlorophyll a and phycocyanin after the addition of blue light are higher than those in the single red light treatment group.On the other hand,the growth of Spirulina platensis was inhibited by 24 h light irradiation,and the yield was reduced,but the growth of Spirulina platensis was not inhibited by alternating red and blue light irradiation,and the chlorophyll a content reached the highest of 8.83 mg/g,which indicated that it was feasible to replace the dark phase with appropriate blue light irradiation.
