摘 要:本研究提出了一种能耐受高低温冲击,在全工作温度范围内保持颜色稳定的汽车氛围灯方案。目前采用具备PWM接口的微控制器来驱动外部恒流电路,通过调整PWM占空比来设定恒流电路的平均电流水平,进而控制LED的亮度。由于恒流电路中的元器件参数会随温度改变,即影响LED的驱动电流,且LED的光通量随温度变化而波动,导致氛围灯在不同温度环境下的亮度和颜色出现差异。为解决这一问题,本方案对恒流电路的元件进行了精细选型,并引入了电流补偿机制,以确保汽车氛围灯在全工作温度范围内保持亮度和颜色的一致性。This study proposes a car ambient lighting scheme that can withstand high and low temperature shocks while maintaining color stability across the entire operating temperature range.Currently,a microcontroller with a PWM interface is used to drive an external constant current circuit.By adjusting the PWM duty cycle,the average current level of the constant current circuit is set,which in turn controls the brightness of the LED.Since the parameters of the components in the constant current circuit are affected by temperature changes,which in turn affect the LED driving current,and since the luminous flux of the LEDs fluctuates with temperature variations,the brightness and color of the ambient lighting can vary under different temperature conditions.To address this issue,the proposed solution involves careful selection of components for the constant current circuit and the introduction of a current compensation mechanism to ensure that the car ambient lighting maintains consistent brightness and color across the entire operating temperature range.
