摘  要:阐明不同光照强度下濒危植物长果秤锤树(Sinojackia dolichocarpa)的光合适应机制,为长果秤锤树种群的繁衍复壮和迁地保护提供参考。以2年生长果秤锤树幼苗为材料,设置全光照(CK)、60%光照(L_(1))、40%光照(L_(2))、20%光照(L_(3))4种光照强度处理,研究不同光照强度对长果秤锤树幼苗光合特性的影响。结果表明:夏季长果秤锤树叶片净光合速率日变化,CK、L_(1)处理呈双峰曲线,出现光合“午休”现象;L_(2)和L_(3)处理呈单峰曲线。长果秤锤树幼苗的净光合速率、气孔导度、和蒸腾速率日均值都以L_(3)最高,且与CK、L_(1)处理差异显著(P<0.05)。长果秤锤树幼苗的最大净光合速率、光饱和点、最大羧化速率、最大电子传递速率和磷酸丙糖利用率均以L_(3)最大,且与其它3种处理差异显著(P<0.05);光补偿点和CO_(2)补偿点以CK最大,且与L_(3)差异显著(P<0.05)。长果秤锤树幼苗的PSII原初光能转换效率、PSII实际光量子产量、电子传递速率均以L_(3)最高。综合结果表明,在夏季全光照下,长果秤锤树幼苗出现了光合“午休”现象,碳同化效率下降,发生了明显的光抑制;而在20%光照(L_(3))下净光合速率高,碳同化能力强,适合长果秤锤树幼苗的生长;长果秤锤树幼苗表现出阴生植物的特点。To elucidate of the optical adaptation mechanism of Sinojackia dolichocarpa under different light intensities,and to provide theoretical implications for the reproduction and ex situ conservation of S.dolichocarpa populations,two-year-old seedlings of S.dolichocarpa were used as the research objects and treated with four light intensities of 100%full light(CK),60%light(L_(1)),40%light(L_(2))and 20%light(L_(3)).The photosynthetic characteristics of S.dolichocarpa seedlings at different light intensities were measured and analyzed.The results were presented below.Under CK and L_(1) conditions,the leaves of S.dolichocarpa seedlings showed a“midday rest”phenomenon of photosynthesis in summer.Under L_(2) and L_(3) conditions,the daily variation of the net photosynthetic rate(P_(n))of S.dolichocarpa seedlings showed a single peak curve.The daily means of net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G s)and transpiration rate(T r)under L_(3) condition were significantly higher than those under CK and L_(1) conditions(P<0.05).The maximum net photosynthetic rate(P nmax),light saturation point(LSP),maximum carboxylation rate(V_(cmax)),maximum electron transfer rate(J max),and trisaccharide phosphate utilization rate(TPU)of S.dolichocarpa seedlings under L_(3) condition were significantly higher than the other three conditions(P<0.05).The light compensation point(LCP)and CO_(2) compensation point(CCP)under CK conditions were significantly higher than those under L_(3) condition(P<0.05).The initial light energy conversion efficiency of PSII(F_(v)/F_(m)),the actual light quantum yield of PSII(F′v/F′m),and the electron transfer rate(ETR)of S.dolichocarpa seedlings were all highest under L_(3) condition.In a word,under full sunlight in summer,the seedlings of S.dolichocarpa showed a“midday rest”phenomenon in photosynthesis with a decrease in carbon assimilation efficiency,showing significant light inhibition.L_(3) condition was suitable for the growth of young seedlings of S.dolichocarpa with high P n and str
