福建柏无性系种子园嫁接效果

摘　　要：于2018年在福建省安溪丰田国有林场,对福建柏种子园30个无性系嫁接240 d后树体的抽稍高、冠幅、成活率进行调查,了解不同福建柏无性系的主要生长性状差异及变异规律,并初选适生的优良无性系。结果表明:福建柏30个无性系的抽稍高、冠幅、成活率平均值分别为21.82 cm、13.30 cm、77.84%,不同无性系间差异均达极显著水平;变异系数以冠幅最大(72.10%),抽稍高次之(58.75%)、成活率最小(33.80%);抽梢高与冠幅间相关系数达到0.84,存在极显著相关,成活率与冠幅、抽梢高相关系数分别为0.32、0.36,为弱相关;抽稍高、冠幅、成活率的重复力分别为0.85、0.76、0.66,且不同无性系间均存在极显著差异。以抽稍高性状为指标并按20%入选率筛选出优良无性系6个,其抽稍高、冠幅、成活率均值分别为26.45 cm、16.89 cm、66.55%,选中的6个无性系获得遗传增益分别为18.03%、20.51%、-9.57%,这些无性系可充实为福建柏育种材料。In 2018,at the Fengtian State owned Forest Farm in Anxi,Fujian Province,a survey was conducted on the tree height,crown width,and survival rate of 30 clones grafted for 240 days in the Fokienia hodginsii Seed Orchard.The main growth traits and variation patterns of different Fokienia hodginsii clones were understood,and suitable and excellent clones were selected for initial selection.The results showed that the average shoot height,crown width,and survival rate of 30 clones of Fokienia hodginsii were 21.82 cm,13.30 cm,and 77.84%,respectively,with significant differences among different clones;the coefficient of variation was the highest for crown width(72.10%),slightly higher for shoot height(58.75%),and the lowest for survival rate(33.80%);the correlation coefficient between shoot height and crown width reached 0.84,indicating a highly significant correlation.The correlation coefficients between survival rate and crown width and shoot height were 0.32 and 0.36,respectively,indicating a weak correlation;the repeatability of shoot height,crown width,and survival rate were 0.85,0.76 and 0.66,respectively,and there were significant differences among different clones.Six excellent clones were selected based on the trait of shoot height and a selection rate of 20%.The average values of shoot height,crown width,and survival rate were 26.45 cm,16.89 cm and 66.55%,respectively.The selected six clones obtained genetic gains of 18.03%,20.51%and-9.57%,respectively.These clones can be enriched as breeding materials for Fokienia hodginsii.
