摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农文旅深度融合已成为推动乡村经济发展和乡村文化振兴的关键抓手。内蒙古自治区作为我国五大牧区之一,拥有畜牧业、游牧民俗景观、传统村落等多重资源禀赋,农文旅融合程度不断加深,并形成具有自身特色的牧文旅产业。在此背景下,文章以内蒙古牧文旅产业发展为例,构建评价指标体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型,对2010—2022年内蒙古畜牧业、文化产业和旅游产业耦合协调度进行评价。结果表明:2010—2022年牧文旅三元平均耦合度为0.925,3个产业间存在高度耦合关系;牧文旅三元平均耦合协调度为0.350,3个产业间处于轻度失衡阶段。总的来看,内蒙古牧文旅产业存在耦合协调度较低、提升缓慢、发展不稳定等问题。据此提出进一步提高牧文旅产业融合发展水平的对策建议。With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the deep integration of agriculture,culture and tourism has become a key hand in promoting rural economic development and rural cultural revitalization.As one of the five major pastoral areas in China,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has multiple resource endowments such as animal husbandry,nomadic folk landscape,traditional villages,etc.The degree of integration of agriculture,culture and tourism has been deepening and has formed pastoral culture and tourism industry with its own characteristics.In this background,this study took the development of Inner Mongolia’s pastoralism,culture and tourism industry as an example,constructed an evaluation index system.Using the entropy value method and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluated the coupling coordination degree of the animal husbandry,cultural industry and tourism industry in Inner Mongolia from 2010 to 2022.The results showed that the average coupling degree of animal husbandry,culture and tourism from 2010—2022 was 0.925,and there was a high degree of coupling among the three industries.The average coupling coordination degree of animal husbandry,culture and tourism was 0.350,and the three industries were in the stage of mild imbalance.In general,the pastoral culture and tourism industry in Inner Mongolia had some problems such as low degree of coupling coordination,slow improvement and unstable development.Accordingly,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the integration and development level of the pastoral,cultural and tourism industry.
