数字经济对旅游经济高质量发展的影响及其空间衰减效应——以长江经济带城市为例

摘　　要：基于2011年—2019年长江经济带98个城市面板数据,通过构建数字经济和旅游经济高质量发展的评价指标体系,在对其综合水平进行测度的基础上,借助核密度和空间自相关方法对二者的时空格局特征进行刻画和识别,采用回归模型等方法实证检验数字经济对旅游经济高质量增长的贡献,综合运用空间杜宾模型及其偏微分分解方法实证考察数字经济对旅游经济高质量发展的空间溢出效应及其空间衰减边界。研究表明:(1)时序特征方面,数字经济和旅游经济高质量指数都呈现上升发展趋势,城际间表现为趋同演变趋势,并伴随极化现象。(2)数字经济能够显著促进旅游经济高质量发展。不同区域不同发展水平的城市,数字经济对其的增长贡献基本稳定在较高水平。(3)数字经济对旅游经济高质量发展存在空间溢出效应,这种空间溢出效应呈现出明显的空间衰减特征,上、中游地区表现为“先负后正”的空间衰减过程,整体经济带、下游地区表现为“先正后负”的空间衰减过程,且不同区域的空间衰减边界存在差异。上述结论通过多种稳健性检验依然成立。Based on panel data from 98 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2011 to 2019,this study constructs evaluation indicator system for high-quality development of digital economy and tourism economy,and on the basis of measuring its comprehensive level,explains the spatiotemporal patterns of the kernel density and spatial auto-correlation methods,empirically tests the contribution of the digital economy to the high-quality growth of the tourism economy by using regression models,and examines the spacial spillover effects and spacial decal boundaries of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the tourism economy by comprehensively using the spatial Durbin model and its partial differential decomposition.Research shows that:(1)Temporally,both high-quality indices of the digital economy and tourism economy show an upward trend,with inter-cities exhibiting a convergent evolution trend accompanied by polarization phenomena.(2)The digital economy can significantly promote high-quality development of the tourism economy,with contributions remaining consistently high across cities at varying levels in different regions.(3)A spatial spillover effect exists,which exhibits a marked spatial decay feature,featuring“negative-to-positive”decay in upper and midstream areas and“positive-to-negative”decay in downstream areas and the overall economic zone,with distinct decay boundaries across regions.These conclusions remain robust under various stability tests.
