国内外高等教育协同发展经验及对京津冀的启示

摘　　要：京津冀高等教育协同发展是京津冀协同发展的重要组成部分,具有服务区域经济高质量发展、疏解北京非首都功能、提升京津冀高等教育水平等重要作用。通过分析美国、欧洲和我国长三角、粤港澳大湾区等国家和区域的高等教育协同发展机制,提出加强政府主导作用、做好顶层设计,开展资源共享、加强合作办学,产学研深入合作、对接行业服务地方发展等推进京津冀高等教育协同发展的体制机制。The coordinated development of higher education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which plays an important role in serving the high-quality development of regional economy,relieving non-capital functions of Beijing,and improving the level of higher education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The article analyzes the collaborative development mechanisms of higher education at home and abroad,such as the United States,Europe,the Yangtze River Delta in China,and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
