摘　　要：乡村公共文化发展需要从供给主体、需求主体、治理主体和投资主体等多视角进行分析,从而能够更加科学地对乡村公共文化这个复杂系统进行解构和建构。推进乡村公共文化服务建设,需要遵循政治逻辑、消费逻辑、治理逻辑和历史逻辑,科学处理彼此间的关系才能够快速提升乡村公共文化服务质量。乡村基层党组织在乡村文化建设中扮演着信仰引领、能力引领、创新引领、氛围引领和德行引领等角色,在理顺乡村发展秩序以及复归趋于碎片化的乡村道德规范过程中发挥着重要作用。官德决定民德,德是乡村公共文化发展的根基。文化氛围的养成能够降低村民间的信息交换成本,通过常态化的行为自觉实现帕累托改进,从而增加乡村社会资本存量,在循环累积效应中积累诚信和增强文化辐射力,提升乡村公共文化服务发展的实效。Rural public cultural development is needed to be analyzed from multiple points of view such as the subjects of supply,the subjects of demand,the subjects of governance and the subjects of investment,so that the complex system of rural public culture can be more scientifically deconstructed and constructed.In order to push forward the construction of the rural public cultural service,several logics should be obeyed such as political logic,consumption logic,control logic and history logic,scientifically dealing with the relationship between each other,rural public cultural service quality can be quickly boosted.Rural grass-roots party organizations in rural culture construction plays the role of faith leading,ability leading,innovation leading,atmosphere leading and virtue leading role,in the process of straightening out rural development order and returning to fragmentation of ethics,rural grass-roots party also plays an important role.Official morality determines people’s morality,virtue is the foundation of rural public culture development.The form of the cultural atmosphere can reduce the cost of information exchange of villagers relationship,through the behavior of the normalized self-conscious,the Pareto improvement can be realized in this way,thus accumulating more rural social capital stock,in the process of accumulation in the circulating cumulative effect,the power of cultural radiation can be expanded as well,and the good faith can be accumulated,rural public culture productivity can also be improved in the way.
