摘　　要：国有出资投资基金占据私募股权投资基金市场份额越来越大,但国有资产管理政策法规方面却存在空白,令国有出资私募股权投资基金在市场竞争中处于不利地位。在分析私募股权投资基金运作特点的基础上,提出将有限合伙制私募股权投资基金份额作为国有资产管理的边界,将股权交易视为私募股权投资基金的经营主业,从而解决国有资产管理的政策难题。State-funded investment funds occupy an increasing market share of private equity funds,but there are gaps in state-owned asset management policies and regulations,which puts state-funded private equity funds in an unfavorable position in the market competition.On the basis of analyzing the operation characteristics of private equity investment funds,it is proposed to take the share of limited partnership private equity investment funds as the boundary of state-owned asset management,and regard equity trading as the main business of private equity investment funds,so as to solve the policy problems of state-owned asset management.
