摘  要:为深入解析水稻线粒体转录终止因子(OsmTERF)家族基因在水稻生长发育调控中的作用,以OsmTERF家族成员Os06g0225100基因为研究对象,克隆获得该基因,并利用同源重组成功构建植物超表达载体。分析发现该基因CDS序列为1215 bp,编码404个氨基酸,该基因编码的蛋白具有典型的mTERF motif,属于OsmTERF蛋白家族,该蛋白不含信号肽,是线粒体转运肽。利用RiceXPro数据库预测到该基因表达能够贯穿整个生育期,可能参与植株对逆境胁迫的响应和生长发育过程中细胞分化。本研究为阐明该基因在水稻中的功能及分子机理提供了重要信息,为亲缘关系较近的谷子、高粱、玉米和小麦等粮食作物的品种改良提供理论依据和参考。In order to analyze the role of mitochondrial transcription termination factor(OsmTERF)family genes in the regulation of growth and development in rice.OsmTERF family member Os06g0225100 gene was cloned,and the plant overexpression vector was successfully constructed by homologous recombination.Analysis showed that the CDS was 1215 bp,encoding 404 amino acids.This protein encoded by this gene has a typical mTERF motif,belonged to the OsmTERF family,it had no signal peptide,and was a mitochondrial transit peptide.RiceXPro database predicted that the gene can be expressed throughout the whole growth period of rice,and may be involved in plant response to stress and cell differentiation during growth and development.This study provided important information for clarifying the function and molecular mechanism of this gene in rice,and provided theoretical foundation and reference for the improvement of grain crops,such as foxtail millet,sorghum,maize and wheat.
