摘  要:由真菌Magnaporthe grisea引起的稻瘟病是一种突发性、流行性,甚至毁灭性的水稻病害,对水稻生产具有严重威胁。中国黄海稻区气候湿润,雾露的时间长,导致稻瘟病常年偏重发生。为选育抗稻瘟病的水稻新品种,本研究利用育种资源中携带主效抗稻瘟病基因的材料作为亲本,通过杂交、自交,利用Pita和Pi5的分子标记从后代材料筛选同时携带两基因的单系,最终育成水稻新品种‘丹粳14’,该品种目前在黄海稻区作为主栽品种之一大面积推广,在田间表现对稻瘟病抗性强,减少了由于稻瘟病发生造成的产量损失。Rice blast caused by Magnaporthe grisea is a sudden,epidemic and destructive rice disease,it is a serious threat to rice production.The climate in Yellow Sea rice-growing regions of China is humid with long fog and dew time,leading to the perennial serious occurrence of rice blast in this area.In order to breed a new rice variety with blast resistant,the breeding resources with major blast resistance genes were used as the parents.After hybridization and self-crossing,molecular markers of Pita and Pi5 were used to find out monophyletic lines carrying both genes from progenies.Eventually a new rice variety--'Danjing14'was developed.So far,this variety as one of the main varieties has been widely promoted in Yellow Sea rice-growing regions,and it show strong resistance to rice blast in the field and reduced the yield loss caused by rice blast.
