摘 要:为消除除草剂对棉花产生药害,降低人工除草成本,提高棉花产量,增加植棉效益,本研究以转GR79epsps基因和GAT基因的双抗草甘膦材料GGK-2作父本,与9个优质、高产品系配制9个杂交组合,以创制具有抗草甘膦、优质、高产的新材料,培育抗草甘膦棉花品种。对杂交组合F_(1)代的15个农艺性状、产量性状、品质性状进行比较分析,并对F_(1)代的9份材料草甘膦抗药性进行田间鉴定和GR79epsps/GAT基因的PCR鉴定。结果显示:这9份材料除6号草甘膦抗性差,其余8份抗性强,且田间喷药长势表现与PCR鉴定结果一致。对成功转入GR79epsps/GAT基因的8份材料的变异性分析,结果表明,各性状的变异系数在0.77%~13.41%之间,纤维品质性状的变异系数整体较小,在0.77%~5.29%之间,单株成铃、籽棉产量的变异系数较大,分别是13.41%、11.90%。竞争优势分析表明,籽棉产量表现为明显的正向竞争优势和杂种优势,10号的马克隆值表现为负向竞争优势和杂种优势。相关性分析表明,单株果枝数与株高、生育期呈极显著正相关,生育期与籽棉产量呈极显著负相关,单株成铃与籽棉产量呈显著正相关,株高与生育期呈显著正相关,纤维上半部平均长度与衣分、断裂比强度呈极显著正相关。通过综合分析筛选出4个高产组合(2号,3号,9号,10号),具有草甘膦抗性组合8个(2号,3号,4号,5号,7号,8号,9号,10号),对其继续改良利用。To eliminate the herbicide phytotoxicity on cotton,artificial weeding to reduce costs,improve the cotton production,increase the benefit of planting,GGK-2,a double glyphosate-resistant material with GR79epsps gene and GAT gene,was used as the paternal parent in this study,with nine high-quality,high-yield strains compound 9 hybrid combinations,to create with glyphosate resistance,high quality,high yield of new materials,develop glyphosate-resistant cotton varieties.The 15 agronomic traits,yield traits and quality traits of F_(1) generation of cross combinations were compared and analyzed.The resistance to glyphosate was identified in field and the GR79epsps/GAT gene was identified by PCR.The results showed that No.6 had poor resistance to glyphosate,and the other 8 had strong resistance,and the growth performance of field spraying was consistent with the PCR identification results.The results of the variability analysis of 8 materials successfully transferred into GR79epsps/GAT genes showed that the coefficient of variation of each trait ranged from 0.77%to 13.41%,the coefficient of variation of fiber quality traits was relatively small,ranged from 0.77%to 5.29%,and the coefficient of variation of boll per plant and seed cotton yield were 13.41%and 11.90%,respectively.The analysis of competitive advantage showed that seed cotton yield showed obvious positive competitive advantage and heterosis,and the Micronaire value of No.10 showed negative competitive advantage and heterosis.The correlation analysis showed that the number of fruit branches per plant was significantly positively correlated with plant height and growth period,while the growth period was significantly negatively correlated with seed cotton yield,boll-forming per plant was significantly positively correlated with seed cotton yield,plant height was significantly positively correlated with growth period,and the average length of the upper half of fiber was significantly positively correlated with lint percentage and fracture ratio strength.Four high
