摘 要:为筛选到适合海南油茶种苗高位嫁接的砧木,本研究以海南本地越南油茶、高州油茶、普通油茶、浙江红花油茶、广宁红花油茶、香花油茶和油茶育成品种等17份油茶种质的幼苗为砧木,‘琼科优1号’良种一年生枝条为接穗,筛选海南油茶种苗高位嫁接的适宜砧木。结果表明,海南本地越南油茶‘三江Y2-10’、‘五指山油茶’、‘三江10-1’和‘三江Y2-9’、高州油茶和广宁红花油茶在海南生长速度较快[株高介于(22.35±5.79)cm~(24.39±4.67)cm],比生长速度较慢的普通油茶、‘岑软2号’、‘岑软3号’和香花油茶[株高介于(8.60±1.07)cm~(16.10±3.60)cm]更适合作为海南油茶种苗高位嫁接砧木。此外,高州油茶、‘三江Y2-9’和‘五指山油茶’作为砧木时,嫁接成活率高且接穗生长量大,说明这3种油茶种质适合作为油茶良种‘琼科优1号’的种苗高位嫁接砧木。本研究可为海南其他油茶良种种苗高位嫁接快速繁育的砧木种类提供参考。To screen suitable rootstocks for seedling high-position grafting of oil-tea camellia in Hainan,seedling high-position grafting experiments were conducted with 17 oil-tea camellia germplasm seedlings,e.g.,Hainan local Camellia drupifera,C.gauchowensis,C.oleifera,C.chekiagoleosa,C.semisererata,C.osmantha and oil-tea camellia cultivars,as rootstocks,and one-year old branches of'Qiongkeyou 1'as scions.The results showed that several Hainan local Camellia drupifera accessions,such as'Sanjiang Y2-10','Wuzhishanyoucha','Sanjiang 10-1'and'Sanjiang Y2-9',along with C.gauchowensis and C.semisererata[seedling heights ranging from(22.35±5.79)cm to(24.39±4.67)cm]were grown faster than the four accessions,C.oleifera,'Cenruan 2','Cenruan 3'and C.osmantha[seedling heights between(8.60±1.07)cm and(16.10±3.60)cm],indicating the former six accessions were more suitable as seedling high-position grafting rootstocks in Hainan.Additionally,when C.gauchowensis,'Sanjiang Y2-9',and'Wuzhishanyoucha'were used as rootstocks,the survival percents of grafting seedlings were high and the scion growth were large,indicating these three germplasms are suitable rootstocks for seedling high-position grafting of'Qiongkeyou 1'.This study provides a rootstock selection reference for the rapid propagation of other oil-tea camellia varieties through seedlings high-position grafting in Hainan.
