摘 要:乙烯利是橡胶树重要的产量刺激剂之一,不当刺激会导致胶乳长流和死皮等副作用。为了揭示橡胶树耐刺激无性系PR107对乙烯利刺激的胶乳生理响应特性,采用0%、0.5%和1.5%3个浓度梯度处理PR107,分析连续割胶6刀的产量等生理参数,并进行主成分分析。结果表明:乙烯利刺激呈现明显的剂量效应,与0%乙烯利相比,0.5%乙烯利刺激后第1至3刀干胶含量和硫醇含量显著提高,无机磷含量降低。1.5%乙烯利刺激后干胶含量下降,无机磷含量和硫醇含量增加。主成分分析表明,乙烯利处理后变异百分比发生显著变化,总固形物和干胶含量的贡献率从53.7%(0%乙烯利处理)减少到52.6%(0.5%乙烯利处理)和15.5%(1.5%乙烯利处理)。由此推测随着乙烯利处理浓度的增加,PR107胶乳的生理响应规律系减少干胶形成,增加次生代谢产物合成用于抵御乙烯利刺激带来的副作用。本研究为解析橡胶树乙烯利刺激的生理机制和研发新型排胶调控剂提供理论依据。Ethephon is one of the most important yield stimulators of rubber trees,improper stimulation can lead to many side effects including prolonging of latex flow and tapping panel dryness.In order to reveal the physiological characteristics of PR107,a stimulant-tolerant clone,response to ethephon stimulation,ethephon solution with concentration gradients 0%,0.5%and 1.5%was used to treat PR107.Physiological parameters such as yield after 6 consecutive tappings were analyzed,and principal component analysis was performed.The results showed that ethephon stimulation showed an obvious dose effect.Compared with 0%ethephon,the dry rubber and inorganic phosphate content of the first three tappings treated with 0.5%ethephon were significantly increased while the thiol content was decreased.The dry rubber content was reduced while the phosphate inorganic and thiol contents were increased after stimulation of 1.5%ethephon.Principal component analysis showed that the percentage of variation significantly changed after ethephon treatment,with the contribution percentage of total solids and dry gum content decreasing from 53.7%(0%ethephon treatment)to 52.6%(0.5%ethephon treatment)and 15.5%(1.5%ethephon treatment).Therefore,it is speculated that with the increase in the concentration of ethephon,the dry rubber content was reduced to improve the synthesis of secondary metabolites which is helpful to offset the side effects caused by ethephon in PR107.This study not only laid a foundation for the analysis of the physiological mechanism of rubber tree ethephon stimulation but also advantageous to the development of a new latex flow stimulator.
