摘 要:通过准配比5-甲氧基色胺、N,N-二甲基-1,6-己二胺与E51型环氧树脂成功合成了一系列吲哚侧链环氧聚合物(EI_(x))。以与聚合物侧链吲哚基2∶1的摩尔比混合柔性三唑啉二酮,通过点击化学构筑了高强韧可回收交联环氧树脂(EI_(x)-TAD)。在交联改性薄膜中,EI_(10)-TAD以50.7 MPa的拉伸强度、225.4%的断裂伸长率和80.1 MJ·m^(-3)的断裂能表现出优异的机械性能。随着交联度提升,EI_(25)-TAD的拉伸强度显著提升,达69.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为6.1%,断裂能为2.8 MJ·m^(-3)。热分析结果揭示了三唑啉二酮-吲哚(TAD-indole)点击反应的热可逆性。EI_(25)-TAD薄膜展现了在30 MPa及120℃下10 min内的高效再加工能力。点击化学构筑高性能可回收环氧树脂(EI_(x)-TAD)展示了优异的机械性能和热可逆性及高效的回收能力。A series of indole side-chain epoxy polymers(EI_(x))were synthesized by accurately proportioning 5-methoxytryptamine,N,N-dimethyl-1,6-hexanediamine,and E51-type epoxy resin.Cross-linked,high-strength and resilient recyclable epoxy resin(EI_(x)-TAD)was constructed using click chemistry by mixing flexible triazolinedione with the polymer side-chain indole groups in a 2∶1 molar ratio.Among the cross-linked modified films,EI_(10)-TAD demonstrates exceptional mechanical performance,evidenced by a tensile strength of 50.7 MPa,an elongation at break of 225.4%,and a fracture energy of 80.1 MJ·m^(-3).As the crosslinking degree increases,EI_(25)-TAD exhibits a tensile strength of 69.5 MPa,an elongation at break of 6.1%,and a fracture energy of 2.8 MJ·m^(-3).Thermal analysis reveals the thermoreversibility of the triazolinedione-indole(TAD-indole)click reaction.EI_(25)-TAD film displays efficient reprocessing capability within 10 minutes under the condition of 30 MPa and 120℃.The high-performance recyclable epoxy resins(EI_(x)-TAD)constructed by click chemistry demonstrate excellent mechanical properties,thermoreversibility,and efficient recyclability.
