摘 要:得益于高功率密度和高工作效率,LLC电路广泛应用于各智能设备充电器和新能源汽车充电桩等高、低功率设备中,但是传统LLC电路存在调压能力受电路参数影响以及无法始终工作于谐振频率等缺点,针对这些问题,通过改进LLC电路二次侧电路拓扑结构,使得LLC电路一次侧开关管能够始终工作于谐振频率,即实现高效率工作,同时改进的二次侧电路拓扑也提高了LLC电路的调压能力,通过实验验证了所提出新型LLC电路的有效性。Due to high power density and high working efficiency,LLC circuits are widely used in low-and high-power devices such as smartphone chargers and electric vehicle charging piles.However,traditional LLC circuits have voltage regulation capabilities that are affected by circuit parameters and cannot always work in Resonant frequency and other shortcomings,in view of these problems,this paper proposes a novel LLC circuit topology.By improving the secondary side circuit topology of the LLC circuit,the primary side switch tube of the LLC circuit can always work at the resonant frequency,that is to achieve high efficiency.At the same time,the improved secondary side circuit topology also improves the voltage regulation capability of the LLC circuit,and the effectiveness of the proposed new LLC circuit is verified by simulation.
