摘 要:针对制冷剂泄漏影响空调器运行的问题,对不同制冷剂泄漏水平、不同运行工况条件下的空调器制冷量、出风温度、系统参数、压缩机绕组温度等进行实验测试,并分析制冷剂泄漏诊断参数的选取。结果显示,制冷剂泄漏水平在50%以上时,制冷量降低62%以上,出风温度提高7.64℃以上;蒸发器进口温度和吸气温度较其他系统参数具有更高的制冷剂泄漏敏感度;从制冷效果和压缩机保护角度,制冷剂泄漏诊断宜在泄漏40%~50%时开始进行。In view of the problem of refrigerant leakage affecting the operation of air conditioner,the experimental tests were carried out on different refrigerant leakage levels,air conditioner cooling capacity,air outlet temperature,system parameters,and compressor winding temperature under different operating conditions,and the selection of refrigerant leakage diagnostic parameters was analyzed.The results show that when the refrigerant leakage level is more than 50%,the cooling capacity is reduced by more than 62%,and the outlet air temperature is increased by more than 7.64 ℃.The inlet temperature and suction temperature of evaporator have higher refrigerant leakage sensitivity than other system parameters.From the perspective of refrigeration effect and compressor protection,the refrigerant leak diagnosis should be started when the leak is 40% to 50%.
