摘  要:以蜡油作为原料,考察了β分子筛催化剂在提升管反应器内催化剂性质和产物分布达到稳定所需的时间。实验结果表明,β分子筛催化剂的主要理化性质所达到稳定的时间有所不同,受此影响,其各类产物也未在同一时间达到稳定。此外,由于催化剂本身的性质,β分子筛催化剂对于蜡油的转化能力弱于催化裂化中常见的Y型分子筛催化剂,但是产物中乙烯和丙烯的收率相比之下具有明显优势,体现出β分子筛催化剂增产高附加值产品的性能。This study utilized wax oil as a raw material and a riser reactor to evaluate the time for the characteristics of β zeolite catalysts and product dispersion to achieve stability.The experimental results reveal that the primary physicochemical attributes of β zeolite catalysts acquire stability at different periods.As a result,their varied products do not achieve stability at the same time.Furthermore,β zeolite catalyst has a lower conversion capacity for wax oil compared to Y zeolite catalyst due to its characteristics.However,the yield of ethylene and propylene in the product has a substantial advantage over it,showing the efficacy of β zeolite catalyst in enhancing the production of high value-added products.
