摘 要:针对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)装置尾气管线易发生物料聚合堵塞,尾气回收系统运行不稳定等一系列瓶颈问题,通过对尾气系统内物料各组份的分析,找出物料聚合原因。基于装置的设计理念,对装置尾气回收系统进行技术升级,通过采用吸收、冷却等方式去除尾气中的易聚合组份,减少管线内物料聚合,提高装置尾气回收系统的稳定运行。结果表明,对装置尾气回收系统进行技术升级后,尾气回收系统运行稳定性得到明显提高。In view of a series of bottleneck problems such as material polymerization blockage in the tail gas pipelines of methyl methacrylate(MMA) plant and unstable operation of the tail gas recovery system,it found out the causes of material polymerization by analyzing each component of the material in the tail gas system.Based on the design concept of plant,the technology of the tail gas recovery system of the plant was upgraded,and the easy polymerization components in the tail gas were removed by means of absorption and cooling,so as to reduce the polymerization of materials in the pipeline and improve the stable operation of the tail gas recovery system of the plant.The results showed that the stability of the tail gas recovery system was improved obviously after the technology upgrade.
