摘 要:传统方法难以对舰船航行中所有因素进行综合考量,本文提出将模糊分析技术和自适应加权算法应用到舰船航行安全特性评估系统中,设计评估系统结构,详细设计自适应加权算法,给出不同风力等级下舰船结构稳定性二级指标的权重变化,使用模糊分析法对航行安全特性进行评估,确定模糊分析法的流程,包括确定隶属度函数、模糊化输入数据、制定对应的模糊规则库、模糊推理、解模糊等。本文的研究成果具有重要的实践意义。It is difficult for traditional methods to comprehensively consider all factors during ship navigation.In this paper,fuzzy analysis technology and adaptive weighting algorithm are applied to the evaluation system of ship navigation safety characteristics.The structure of the evaluation system is designed,the adaptive weighting algorithm is designed in detail,and the weight changes of the secondary index of ship structural stability under different wind levels are given.Fuzzy analysis method is used to evaluate navigation safety characteristics,and the process of fuzzy analysis is determined,including determining membership function,fuzzifying input data,formulating fuzzy rule base,fuzzy reasoning,and fuzzifying.The research results of this paper have important practical significance.
