摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会围绕中国式现代化,把健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制作为实现高质量发展的重要举措,强调要更加注重系统集成、更加注重突出重点、更加注重改革实效。农业新质生产力是实现中国式农业现代化的强大动力,创新和改革是农业新质生产力的两大精神内核,实现农业高质量发展必须系统集成发展农业新质生产力。面对中国式农业现代化的需求,系统集成发展农业新质生产力要全面深化包括形成新质生产关系在内的体制机制改革,“六位一体”推进生产者素质跨越式提升、生产技术颠覆性突破、生产对象适应性变革、产业要素合理性配置、产业业态创新性构建和产业体系革命性融合。Focusing on Chinese modernization,the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee took improving the system and mechanism of developing new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions as an important measure to achieve high-quality development,emphasizing that we should pay more attention to system integration,pay more attention to highlighting key points,and pay more attention to the effectiveness of reformA.gricultural new quality productivity is the powerful driving force to realize Chinese agricultural modernization,innovation and reform are the two spiritual cores of agricultural new quality productivity,and to achieve high-quality agricultural development,we must systematically integrate agricultural new quality productivity development.In the face of the demand of Chinese agricultural modernization,to develop new quality agricultural productivity through system integration,it is necessary to comprehensively deepen the reform of the system mechanism,including the formation of new quality production relations.The“six sphere”integrated plan promotes the leapfrog improvement of producer quality,subversive breakthroughs in production technology,adaptive changes in production objects,rational allocation of industrial factors,innovative construction of industrial formats,and revolutionary integration of industrial systems.
