摘　　要：海陆丰地区的农民运动,为中国共产党反击国民党右派叛变和根据地创建奠定了良好群众基础。海陆丰革命根据地建立后,党通过加强自身建设、开展土地革命、推进政权建设和开展宣传教育,提升了领导群众、动员群众、服务群众和凝聚群众的能力,进而增强了群众组织力。这些经验对新时代提升党的群众组织力的启示是:坚持党的领导是根本保证、站稳人民立场是致胜法宝、注重宣传教育是重要抓手。The peasant movement in Hailufeng area laid a good mass foundation for the Communist Party of China to counter the Kuomintang right-wing rebellion and the establishment of base areas.After the establishment of the Hailufeng revolutionary base areas,the Party enhanced its ability to lead the masses,mobilize the masses,serve the masses,and gather the masses by strengthening its own construction,carrying out the agrarian revolution,promoting the construction of political power,and carrying out propaganda and education,and thus enhanced the masses’organizational power.The enlightenment of these experiences for the promotion of the Party’s mass organization power in the new era is:upholding the Party’s leadership is the fundamental guarantee,standing firm with the people is a magic weapon to win,and paying attention to publicity and education is an important starting point.
