摘　　要：党的二十大报告首次提出“加快建设农业强国”的重大战略任务。农业强国这一概念具有相对性、动态性、区域性、综合性和引领性等几个显著特征。加快建设农业强国具有重大意义:有利于加速农业发展、有利于全面推进乡村振兴、有利于实现农业农村现代化、有利于全面推进中国式现代化、有利于增强中国农业国际竞争力和影响力。为加快建设农业强国,在明确战略目标和遵循基本原则的前提下,必须采取以下战略对策与措施:规模化经营、集约化利用、机械化生产、社会化服务、绿色化转型、数字化改造、品牌化竞争、国际化合作。The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress first put forward the major strategic task of“accelerating the construction of an agricultural power”.The concept of agricultural power has several significant characteristics,such as relativity,dynamic,regional,comprehensive and leading.Accelerating the construction of an agricultural power is of great significance:it is conducive to accelerating agricultural development,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,realizing agricultural and rural modernization,comprehensively promoting Chinese modernization,and enhancing the international competitiveness and influence of China’s agriculture.In order to accelerate the construction of an agricultural power,under the premise of clear strategic objectives and following the basic principles,we must take the following strategic countermeasures and measures:large-scale operation,intensive utilization,mechanized production,social services,green transformation,digital transformation,brand competition,international cooperation.
