摘  要:收购入库粮食质量是粮食整个储存周期质量安全的源头,确保收购入库环节粮食质量的关键是粮食主要指标的质量控制。通过对云南省2016—2022年地方储备粮出入库、抽检等样品主要检测指标的分析对比,从影响粮食储存质量安全的地理地貌、气候类型、收购方式、来源及品种、储藏技术条件等方面提出了保障云南粮食储存质量安全的收购入库环节质量控制对策建议,为云南地方储备粮管理实现流程化、标准化、精准化、现代化管理提供一定的数据支撑和理论基础。Acquisition of grain reserves is the source for guaranteeing grain quality and safety in the whole storage period.To guarantee the quality of grain reserves plays a critical role in determining the key indicators of grains.We analyzed and compared the principal test indicators resulting from incoming,outgoing and sample inspection of grain reserves in Yunnan during 2016—2022,and thus made some countermeasures and suggestions about incoming grain quality control from a variety of perspectives such as geography,landform,climate,ways of procuring,source,species,and technical conditions for storage.This study may provide certain data support and theoretical basis for realizing process management,standardization,precision-oriented,and modernization in regional grain reserves management of Yunnan Province.
