网络化时代下饲料产业的物流仓储体系构建研究

摘　　要：在网络化时代下,前沿技术的发展为饲料产业物流仓储管理优化、供应链结构优化提供了重要变革机遇。结合饲料产业物流仓储的特点,深入探究饲料产业物流仓储管理操作的基本流程以及各流程环节间的相互关系。通过对物流仓储管理操作流程进行解构分析,基于网络化背景,从入库管理、仓库规划管理、库存管理、配送管理构建网络化时代下饲料产业的物流仓储体系,以期推动饲料产业的网络化、高效化发展。In the network era,development of cutting-edge technologies provides important opportunities for reforming logistics and warehousing management in the feed industry,as well as optimization of supply chain structure.This study takes into account the characteristics of logistics and warehousing in the feed industry to explore in depth the basic procedures of logistics and warehousing management operations in the feed industry and interrelationships among different links therein.By deconstructing and analyzing the logistics and warehousing management process chart,we attempted to construct a logistics and warehousing system for the feed industry that well adapted to the network era from incoming goods management,warehouse planning management,inventory management,and distribution management in the hope to promote networked and efficient development of the industry.
