摘 要:以饲料级酸化剂作为供试样品,建立了一种高效的以HPLC法检测饲料级酸化剂中8种有机酸的新分析检测方法。采用CAPCELL PAK MGⅡC18色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸水∶乙腈=98∶2 (V/V)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温为30℃,外标法定量。结果表明,饲料级酸化剂样品中8种有机酸在各自线性范围内均能达到很好的分离,线性范围0.001 6~4.780 8 mg/mL,检出限0.002~0.525 mg/mL,相关系数≥0.999 9,建立的8种有机酸的检测方法灵敏、准确,重复性好。With feeding acidifier as test sample in a series of trials,this study reported the development of a novel HPLC-based analytic method to determine 8 organic acids in feed acidifier.For this novel method,CAPCELL PAK MGII C 18 chromatographic column was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.1%phosphoric acid diluent and acetonitrile(at a ratio of 98∶2,V/V),the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and quantification was done via external standard method.The findings indicated all 8 organic acids in the feeding acidifier sample could be well separated within their respective linear ranges.Their linear range was 0.0016—4.7808 mg/mL,while their detection limit range was 0.002—0.525 mg/mL.The correlation coefficient was≥0.9999.The developed method proved to be a sensitive and accurate method in detecting the 8 organic acids with satisfactory repeatability.
