摘  要:建立了动物饲料中测定总碘含量准确高效的方法。采用碱液微波萃取法对样品进行前处理,与传统加热提取法进行了效果对比,并探讨优化了萃取剂、萃取温度、萃取时间等关键参数,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对碘含量进行检测,对质量数、内标元素、检测模式等检测条件进行了讨论。并对方法进行了方法学验证,在优化的条件下,碘含量在0~200μg/L间线性相关系数大于0.995,检出限可达0.030 mg/kg,在6个加标水平下,回收率在94%~101%。该方法检测效率高,准确度好,适用于动物饲料中总碘含量的测定。An accurate and efficient method for determining total iodine content in animal feeds was proposed in this study.Microwave-assisted extraction method was employed to pretreat the samples and compared with traditional heating extraction method in term of extraction effect.Such key parameters as extractant,extraction temperature and time were put into discussion and optimization.Then,the iodine content was detected using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Detection conditions including mass number,internal standard element,and detection mode were discussed,and the detection method was methodologically testified.Under the optimized conditions,the linear correlation coefficient of iodine content was greater than 0.995 between 0 and 200μg/L,and the limit of detection was up to 0.030 mg/kg,with the recoveries ranging from 94%to 101%at six spiked levels.The method is efficient,accurate and suitable for determining total iodine in animal feeds.
