摘 要:为明确聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维体积掺量和长度,以及硅酸钠和硅烷复合改性再生骨料对再生混凝土力学性能的影响,通过对6组不同纤维体积掺量、长度的组合及两组对照组试件进行力学试验,并对试验结果进行了方差分析。结果表明:硅烷和硅酸钠复合改性再生骨料和PVA纤维均能有效提升再生混凝土的力学性能,改性后的再生混凝土力学性能较改性前有显著提高。当掺入的PVA纤维体积掺量为0.1%、长度为9 mm时,再生混凝土的力学性能达到最佳。通过观察劈裂抗拉破坏后裂缝的表观形态,发现长度为12 mm的PVA纤维在抑制裂缝延伸与扩展方面表现出更好的效果。通过SPSS软件进行方差分析,发现纤维体积掺量是影响再生混凝土力学性能的主要因素。To clarify the effects of the volume fraction and length of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fibers,as well as the impact of composite modified recycled aggregate of sodium silicate and silane on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete,mechanical tests were conducted on six groups with different fiber volume fractions and lengths,along with two control groups.The test results were analyzed using variance analysis.The results indicate that both the composite modification of recycled aggregate with silane and sodium silicate and the addition of PVA fibers can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.The mechanical properties of modified recycled concrete showed a significant improvement compared to unmodified concrete.When 0.1% volume fraction and 9 mm length of PVA fibers were incorporated,the mechanical properties of recycled concrete reached the optimal level.Observing the appearance of cracks after splitting tensile failure,it was found that the 12 mm PVA fibers exhibited better effects in inhibiting crack propagation and expansion.Variance analysis using SPSS software revealed that the fiber volume fraction is the primary factor affecting the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.
