摘 要:建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)快速测定水性建筑涂料乳胶中杀菌剂溴硝醇的分析方法。样品经甲醇–水溶液超声提取、离心、过滤后,采用高效液相色谱–二极管阵列检测器检测,C18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇–水溶液,梯度洗脱。对前处理条件(包括提取溶剂、提取方式、提取时间)进行了优化。在优化的实验条件下,样品溶液中溴硝醇在1~20μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2≥0.9999),基质加标回收率在85.48%~95.92%,相对标准偏差不高于3%,方法的检出限为2.2 mg/kg,测量范围为2.2~223.7 mg/kg。该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,回收率满意,可应用于建筑涂料乳胶实际样品的快速测定,结果可靠。研究了不同pH值条件和贮存时间对溴硝醇在乳胶中稳定性的影响,结果表明随着pH值的上升和贮存时间的增加,溴硝醇发生分解,含量下降,并释放出一定量的甲醛。In this article,we establish the high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC)method for determination of bronopol biocide content in polymer latex for waterborne architectural coatings.The samples were extracted with methanol-water,purified by centrifugation and filtration.The bronopol was separated on a C18 column with methanol-water solution as mobile phase under gradient elution detected with a diode array detector(DAD).The pre-treatment factors such as extraction solvent,extraction method and extraction time were optimized.Under the optimized conditions,the bronopol had good linearities(r2≥0.9999)in the range of 1~20μg/mL.The recoveries were between 85.48%and 95.92%.The relative standard deviations were not more than 3%.The limit of detection was 2.2 mg/kg.The measurement range was 2.2~223.7 mg/kg.The results showed that the method had the advantages of high sensitivity,good repeatability and high recovery.The analyses of real architectural coatings latex sample verified the reliability of this method.We studied the effect of different pH value conditions and storage time on the stability of bronopol in latex.The results showed that with the increase of pH value and storage time,bronopol decomposed,and formaldehyde was released.
