摘 要:大型水利工程的优化运行须同时考虑防洪、发电、航运、供水和生态保护等可能存在竞争关系的目标,是一类大规模、非凸、非线性、强耦合并伴有复杂约束的多目标优化问题。本文针对“人造洪峰”这一特定的生态调度类型,将生态调度的调度规则纳入模型约束,建立了以生态调度执行期水库发电量最大和水库预留防洪库容最大为目标的多目标调度模型,并以长江流域某控制性水库为例应用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解。研究表明,模型优化计算的生态调度过程在保障发电量最大、预留防洪库容最大的前提下,生态调度计划的执行情况也更为良好,结果可为水库生态调度决策提供支持。The optimal operation of large hydraulic engineering projects must consider the conflicting objectives of flood control,power generation,shipping,water supply,and ecological protection at the same time,which is a large-scale,non-convex,non-linear,strongly coupled and complex multi-objective optimization problem with constraints.In this study,the scheduling rules of ecological dispatch were incorporated into the model constraints specifically for the ecological dispatch type of“artificial flood peak”.And it established multi-objective dispatch model that takes into account the hydropower generation during the execution period of the ecological dispatch plan and the reserved flood control reservoir capacity.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was used to solve the model for the case study of a control reservoir in the Yangtze River basin.The results show that the ecological dispatch process optimized by the model,under the premise of maximizing hydropower generation and reserved flood control reservoir capacity,has a better execution situation of the ecological dispatch plan,and the model can provide support for the decision-making of reservoir ecological dispatch.
