摘 要:深圳全球海洋中心城市建设依赖于技术创新、制度改革和管理优化。为了构建陆海统筹的生态环境治理新模式,需要陆海统筹氮磷污染协同监测方法和技术。本文以紫外可见吸收光谱传感器为核心监测设备,选取具有代表性的深圳河至深圳湾水域“自上而下”沿程研究区域,开展布点监测,采集吸收光谱,实时反演盐度、氮、磷等主要污染指标,并结合实验室分析结果进行偏最小二乘拟合。研究结果表明:紫外可见吸收光谱对于盐度、硝酸盐氮、总氮、磷酸盐和非溶解性总磷的拟合系数R^(2)分别是0.980、0.994、0.976、0.918、0.930,拟合效果较好,紫外可见吸收光谱可用于陆海氮磷的协同监测。该技术的应用对于提升陆海协同监测效率、识别陆海污染来源、观测陆海污染输运过程等具有重要意义。The construction of Shenzhen as a global marine center depends on technological innovation,institutional reform and management optimization.In order to construct a new land-sea integrated eco-environmental governance model,the land-sea coordinated monitoring methods and technologies of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution are needed.Using UV/VIS absorption spectroscopy sensors as the core monitoring equipment,The study selected representative water areas along the Shenzhen River to Shenzhen Bay from top to bottom as the research area,conducts point monitoring,collected spectral fingerprints,real-time inversion of major pollution indicators such as salinity,nitrogen,phosphorus,etc.,and combined laboratory analysis results for partial least squares fitting.The research results indicate that the fitting coefficients R^(2) of UV/VIS absorption spectra for salinity,nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen,phosphate,and insoluble total phosphorus are 0.980,0.994,0.976,0.918,and 0.930,respectively.The fitting effect is good,and UV/VIS absorption spectra can be used for coordinated monitoring of nitrogen and phosphorus in land and sea.The application of this technology is of great significance for improving the efficiency of land sea collaborative monitoring,identifying the sources of land sea pollution,and observing the transportation process of land sea pollution.
