摘  要:本文将CFD数值模拟分析和循环平稳分析相结合,研究混流风机内部流致激励源对声振信号的幅值调制作用。对混流风机声振信号进行建模,分析声振信号中的信号组分,基于二阶循环平稳统计量和声振信号的二阶统计特性,对混流风机不同流量下声振信号进行解调分析和特征频率提取,与数值模拟得到的压力脉动频谱相互验证,揭示了混流风机内部流致激励源对声振信号的调制机理,对混流风机的低噪声和低振动设计具有指导意义。This paper combines CFD numerical simulation analysis with cyclostationary analysis to study the effect of flow-induced excitation sources inside mixed-flow fan on the modulation of acoustic vibration signal.By modeling the acoustic vibration signal of mixed-flow fan and analyzing the signal components,demodulation analysis and feature frequency extraction of acoustic vibration signal under different flow rates of mixed-flow fan are conducted based on second-order cyclostationary statistics and the second-order statistical characteristics of acoustic vibration signal.The results are cross-validated with the pressure pulsation spectra obtained from numerical simulation,revealing the modulation mechanism of flow-induced excitation sources on acoustic vibration signal within mixed-flow fan.This research has significant guiding implications for the low-noise and low-vibration design of mixed-flow fan.
