摘  要:对比了风电叶片用聚氨酯与环氧树脂本体力学性能和工艺特性的差异。分析了聚氨酯叶片中其他主材的研究进展,包括聚氨酯玻纤复合材料的力学性能和疲劳性能,以及叶片芯材、结构胶等与聚氨酯材料的匹配验证及应用情况。对聚氨酯树脂叶片成型工艺和部分缺陷进行了分析和研究,并提出一些工艺控制建议,希望为叶片材料的替换提供必要依据。The differences in mechanical properties and process characteristics of polyurethane and epoxy resin used in wind turbine blades were compared.The research progress of other types of main materials in polyurethane blades was analyzed,including the mechanical and fatigue properties of polyurethane glass fiber composite materials.The verification and application of polyurethane matching with other main materials such as core materials,structural adhesives for blades were introduced.The analysis and research of polyurethane resin in blade forming process and some defects were conducted,and some process control suggestions were proposed to provide necessary basis for the replacement application of blade materials.
