水力模型在山地丘陵地区洪涝分析中的应用

摘  要:某项目建设于山谷带中,易受暴雨山洪水影响,需要在规划设计阶段采取工程措施疏导山洪水,降低项目建设后的洪涝风险。文章通过ArcGIS软件进行水文分析,确定项目范围、受山洪影响的汇水面积和流量,并设计截洪沟布设位置和尺寸;基于InfoWorks ICM软件构建现状工况、规划工况两个洪涝风险评估模型,分析项目建设前后的洪涝风险。结果显示,项目范围现状洪涝风险等级较高,但通过设计截洪沟将山洪引至下游天然冲沟中,项目范围内的洪涝风险等级明显降低。A project is built in a valley zone,which is easily affected by heavy rain mountain flood.Engineering measures should be taken in the planning and design stage to channel mountain flood and reduce the flood risk after the project construction.This paper uses ArcGIS software to conduct hydrological analysis,determine the project scope,catchment area and discharge affected by mountain flood,and design the location and size of flood interception ditch Based on InfoWorks ICM software,two flood risk assessment models were constructed in current condition and planning condition to analyze flood risk before and after project construction.The results show that the flood risk level within the project scope is relatively high,but the flood risk level within the project scope is obviously reduced by the design of flood cut-off ditch to divert the mountain flood to the downstream natural gully.
