摘  要:博物馆文创产品,以其独特的设计理念和深厚的文化底蕴,成为吸引观众、传播文化的新载体。而研学旅行,作为一种寓教于乐的学习方式,强调在实践中学习、在体验中成长,与博物馆的教育功能高度契合。二者融合,不仅能够丰富研学内容、增强学习趣味性,还能有效促进文创产品的市场化推广,实现文化与经济的双赢。然而,在博物馆文创与研学融合过程中,如何优化使每位参与者都能获得高质量的文化体验,成为亟待解决的问题。该文旨在探讨博物馆文创与研学融合过程中的观众服务优化路径,以期为推动博物馆事业的可持续发展提供参考。Museum cultural and creative products,with their unique design concepts and rich cultural connotations,have become new carriers for attracting audiences and spreading culture.And study tours,as a learning method that combines education with pleasure,emphasize learning through practice and growth through experience,which is highly compatible with the educational function of museums.The integration of the two can not only enrich the study tour content and enhance the of learning,but also effectively promote the marketization of cultural and creative products and achieve a win-win situation of culture and economy.However,in the process of integrating museum cultural and creative products with study tours,how to optimize and ensure that every participant can have a high-quality cultural experience has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article aims to explore the audience service optimization path in the process of integrating museum cultural and creative products with study tours,with the hope of providing reference for promoting the sustainable development of museums.
