摘 要:通古孜布隆水库大坝温控的重点是高温时节混凝土浇筑温度控制和冬季保温问题,参考相关工程经验,提出夏季采用通水冷却、冬季采用聚氨酯作为保温层的混凝土浇筑温控措施。为评价温控措施的可行性,以4号非溢流坝段为例,通过利用三维有限元软件进行混凝土浇筑温控仿真模拟计算分析。结果表明:施工期与运行期的温控措施有效,通水冷却可以降低温度3℃~6℃;施工期和运行期的最大温度应力均不超过混凝土允许应力,满足规范要求。The focus of temperature control of Tongguzibulong Reservoir dam is the temperature control of concrete pouring in high temperature season and heat preservation in winter.Referring to relevant engineering experience the temperature control measures of concrete pouring with water cooling in summer and polyurethane as insulation layer in winter are put forward.In order to evaluate the feasibility of temperature control measures taking No.4 non-overflow dam section as an example the simulation calculation and analysis of concrete pouring temperature control are carried out by using three-dimensional finite element software.The results show that the temperature control measures during the construction period and the operation period are effective and the water cooling can reduce the temperature by 3℃~6℃The maximum temperature stress during the construction period and the operation period does not exceed the allowable stress of concrete which meets the requirements of the specification.
