摘 要:双江口水电站洞式溢洪道进口边坡发育有3条断层,边坡开挖后,断层切割形成规模较大的潜在不稳定楔形体,施工期及运行期安全风险较大。边坡三维效应显著,难以选取代表性剖面进行二维稳定计算分析和治理。通过采用三维离散元法对边坡的应力变形和稳定性进行计算分析评价,在考虑三维约束效应的基础上依据计算成果对边坡采取针对性的立体空间锚固措施,兼顾断层锁固和块体加固合理布设锚索,遵循余度设计和无水作业原则,保证开挖边坡施工期和运行期稳定。设计经验可供类似工程借鉴。There are three faults in the entrance slope of the tunnel spillway of Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station.After the excavation of the slope the fault cuts to form a large-scale potential unstable wedge and the safety risk during the construction period and the operation period is large.The three-dimensional effect of the slope is significant and it is difficult to select representative sections for two-dimensional stability calculation analysis and treatment.The three-dimensional distinct element method is used to calculate analyze and evaluate the stress deformation and stability of the slope.On the basis of considering the three-dimensional constraint effects the targeted three-dimensional space anchoring measures are adopted for the slope according to the calculation results.The anchor cables are reasonably arranged in consideration of fault locking and block reinforcement and the principle of redundancy design and anhydrous operation is followed to ensure the stability of the excavation slope during construction and operation.The design experience can be used for reference by similar projects.
