摘  要:根据小洞径双护盾TBM施工特点,研究确定高效、经济、合理的出渣运输方案,以保证工期目标,降低施工成本。笔者以菲律宾卡利瓦大坝项目双护盾TBM施工为例,结合该项目具有掘进距离长、洞径小、开挖与衬砌同步进行等特点,从出渣运输方案的技术可行性、经济性进行研究对比,确定采用有轨运输系统,并对有轨运输系统进行合理优化配置,可为隧洞长、洞径小的双护盾TBM施工出渣运输提供参考。According to the construction characteristics of small diameter double shield TBM the efficient economical and reasonable slag transportation scheme is studied and determined to ensure the construction period and reduce the construction cost.Taking the double shield TBM construction of the Kaliwa Dam Project in the Philippines as an example combined with the characteristics of the project such as long tunneling distance small diameter tunnel synchronous excavation and lining the technical feasibility and economy of the slag transportation scheme are studied and compared.The rail transportation system is determined and the rail transportation system is rationally optimized which can provide reference for the slag transportation of the double shield TBM construction with long and small diameter tunnel.
