岩滩水电站检修排水泵控制改造浅析

摘　　要：由于岩滩水电站检修排水系统存在盘柜防护等级低易结露、水位信号无双重化且不固定安装、水泵阀门受水锤影响易漏水、启动回路无抽空保护、调整定值繁琐等问题,需进行改造。笔者分析系统改造的原因,详细介绍系统改造实施具体情况,提出改造中存在的问题及解决方案。通过优化盘柜配置、优化液位计安装、增设抽空保护回路、简化操作方法等,解决存在问题。经实践证明,改造取得了良好的效果,操作灵活简便,保护完善可靠,为机组检修提供有力保障,为设备安全运行打下了坚实的基础,也为有类似检修排水泵控制改造需求的电站提供借鉴和参考。Because the maintenance and drainage system of Yantan Hydropower Station has the problems of low protection level of the cabinet and easy condensation no double and unfixed installation of the water level signal easy leakage of the water pump valve affected by the water hammer no evacuation protection of the starting circuit and cumbersome adjustment of the setting value it needs to be reformed.The authors analyze the reasons for the transformation of the system introduce the specific situation of the implementation of the system transformation in detail and put forward the problems and solutions in the transformation.The existing problems are solved by optimizing the configuration of the cabinet optimizing the installation of the liquid level gauge adding the vacuum protection circuit and simplifying the operation method.It has been proved by practice that the transformation has achieved good results.The operation is flexible and simple and the protection is perfect and reliable.It provides a strong guarantee for the maintenance of the unit lays a solid foundation for the safe operation of the equipment and also provides reference for the power station with similar maintenance and drainage pump control transformation requirements.
