摘  要:换热管作为有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电机组管壳式换热器的核心零部件,其渗漏会导致换热效率降低、维修成本增加。通过分析不锈钢换热管在工厂焊接及试运行阶段出现裂漏的失效机制发现,失效原因为铜管定位工装时焊接工艺不当产生渗透热裂纹,指出通过固定铜管定位工装参数、稳定焊接及冷却参数可以有效预防该类失效的发生。As the core component of the shell and tube heat exchanger of the organic Rankine cycle(ORC)generator unit,the leakage of the heat exchange tube will decrease heat exchange efficiency and increasemaintenance cost.By analyzing the failure mechanism of cracking and leakage of the stainless steel heat exchange tube during the factory welding and test run,it is found that the failure reason is the osmotic heat crack caused by the improper welding process of the copper tube positioning fixture,which can be effectively solved and prevented by fixing the parameters of the copper tube positioning fixture,stabilizing the welding and cooling parameters.
