摘 要:针对漯河卷烟厂易地技改生产、生活厂房供暖和制冷需求,结合该地区地质勘探情况,进行地埋管换热器模拟测试与分析,计算双U形地埋管铺设深度和长度,并进行热泵选型和管网布局设计。运行测试结果表明:地源热泵系统能够提供11~14℃冷水(设定11℃)和44~45℃热水(设定45℃),满足用户侧制冷和供暖需求,设计方法为地源热泵地埋管换热系统设计和施工提供参考。Aiming at the needs of production and heating&cooling of living plant in Luohe cigarette factor in the process of relocation and technical transformation,combining with the geological exploration results of this region,the buried pipe heat exchanger simulation test and analysis are conducted,the depth and length of double U buried pipe are calculated,and the heat pump selection and pipe network layout design are carried out.The operation test results show that the ground source heat pump system can provide 11-14℃ cold water(set at 11℃)and 44-45℃ heating water(set at 45℃),which satisfy the cooling and heating needs of users.This design method can provide references for the design and construction of ground source heat pump buried-pipe heat transfer system.
