摘  要:在准噶尔南缘勘探钻井过程中,由于深部地层存在复杂的压力系统,地层孔隙压力和破裂压力不能精确预测,潜在的窄安全密度窗口或无窗口会给钻井作业带来巨大的井控风险。在风险探井中采用早期溢流检测、地层恒ECD钻井、恒压排气等精细控压钻井技术与工艺,通过随钻测试绘制安全压力窗口、当量钻井液密度检测、微流量动态控制环空压力、控压参数优化、起下钻变密度井底压力恒定,明确了安全钻井液密度和控压值,保证了钻井井眼稳定,有效避免高压地层流体连续侵入井筒,实现了窄密度窗口到无窗口安全钻井。所得经验为超深井高压复杂地层的勘探开发控压钻井提供技术借鉴。During the exploration drilling process in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin,due to the complex pressure systems in the deep formations,the pore and fracture pressures of the formation cannot be accurately predicted.The potential for a narrow or no window of safety density will bring significant well control risks to the drilling operations.In the risk exploration wells,technologies and processes such as early kick detection,constant formation ECD drilling,and constant pressure exhaust are employed to improve the precision of pressure control drilling.Through real-time drilling tests,a safety pressure window is mapped,equivalent drilling fluid density is detected,micro-flow dynamic control of the annular pressure is carried out,pressure control parameters are optimized,and the bottom hole pressure remains constant during trips with variable density.The safe drilling fluid density and pressure control values are clarified,ensuring the stability of the drilling wellbore effectively preventing the continuous invasion of high-pressure formation fluids into the wellbore,and achieving safe drilling from narrow density windows to no windows.The experience gained provides technical reference for pressure control drilling in the exploration and development of ultra-deep and high-pressure complex formations.
