摘　　要：新时代背景下,高校学生工作面临着育人合力不强、需求覆盖不足、创新程度不高和工作效能不强等问题,急需探索高质量发展的可行路径以突破困境。质量变革是高质量发展的主体,动力变革和效率变革则是高质量发展的手段。动力变革以优化“供给—需求”联动为重点,激发供给主体活力,精准针对需求主体,供给和需求相互联动,实现双向促进;效率变革以提高“投入—产出”效率为重点,提高投入要素质量,精准衡量产出成效,从投入到产出一体贯通,实现全程高质量把控。Against the backdrop of the new era,student affairs in universities face several challenges,including weak synergies in education,insufficient coverage of needs,low levels of innovation,and weak work effectiveness.There is an urgent need to explore feasible paths for high-quality development to break through these difficulties.Quality transformation is the core of high-quality development,while dynamic transformation and efficiency transformation are the means to achieve it.Dynamic transformation focuses on optimizing the linkage between"supply"and"demand",stimulating the vitality of supply entities,precisely targeting demand entities,and achieving mutual promotion through the interaction of supply and demand.Efficiency transformation emphasizes improving the"input"and"output"efficiency by enhancing the quality of input elements,accurately measuring output effectiveness,and ensuring high-quality control throughout the entire process from input to output.
