摘 要:某原油炼制企业采用反渗透回收中水,产生的浓水采用臭氧耦合电催化去除COD和氨氮,其中单独臭氧催化出水COD≤50 mg/L时的电耗费用为3.70元/t,但无法有效去除氨氮。单独电催化出水氨氮≤3 mg/L时的电耗费用为6.40元/t,但COD=97 mg/L。臭氧耦合电催化处理反渗透浓水时,处理水量250 L/h,臭氧化空气流量204 L/min、臭氧浓度11.2 mg/L,电催化电流密度250 A/m^(2)、电压4.4 V、NaCl投加量375 g、极板间距1.5 cm,总电耗费用9.29元/t,最终出水COD=49 mg/L,氨氮=2.83 mg/L,可以达标排放,具备工业化应用推广价值。A certain crude oil refining enterprise uses reverse osmosis to recover reclaimed water,and the generated concentrated water is treated with ozone coupled electrocatalysis to remove COD and ammonia nitrogen.The electricity consumption cost for single ozone catalyzed effluent with COD≤50mg/L is 3.7 Yuan/t,but it cannot effectively remove ammonia nitrogen.The electricity consumption cost for single electrocatalytic effluent with ammonia nitrogen≤3 mg/L is 6.40 Yuan/t,but at this time,the COD is 97 mg/L.When ozone coupled electrocatalysis is used to treat reverse osmosis concentrated water,the treatment water volume is 250 L/h,the ozone oxidation air flow rate is 204 L/min,the ozone concentration is 11.2 mg/L,the electrocatalytic current density is 250 A/m^(2),the voltage is 4.4 V,the NaCl dosage is 375 g,the electrode spacing is 1.5cm,and the total power consumption cost is 9.29 Yuan/t.The final effluent COD is 49 mg/L,and the ammonia nitrogen is 2.83 mg/L,which has certain industrial application and promotion value.
