摘 要:针对某2×1000 MW机组烟气脱硝工程SCR反应器内流场分布不均导致脱硝效率低下的问题,运用Fluent软件对装有催化剂的SCR反应器及进出口烟道进行数值模拟;根据初始烟气速度场、氨浓度分布情况,对省煤器之后烟道、SCR反应器进出口烟道结构、导流板结构及布置、喷氨格栅的布置进行多次优化调整,最终达到脱硝反应器内氨浓度相对标准偏差下降到5%以下,脱硝系统投运后脱硝效率≥88%,满足工程要求。In response to the problem of uneven flow field distribution in the SCR reactor of a 2×1000MW unit flue gas denitrification project,which leads to low denitrification efficiency,Fluent software was used to numerically simulate the SCR reactor equipped with catalysts and the inlet and outlet flues.Based on the initial flue gas velocity field and ammonia concentration distribution,multiple optimizations and adjustments were made to the structure and/or layout of the flue behind the economizer,the inlet and outlet flue of the SCR reactor,the guide plate,and the ammonia spray grid.Ultimately,the relative standard deviation of ammonia concentration in the denitrification reactor was reduced to below 5%,and the denitrification efficiency after the denitrification system was put into operation was≥88%,meeting the engineering requirements.
