碱液提取-原子吸收法测定土壤中六价铬的前处理方法探讨

摘  要:本文分别用恒温水浴振荡法、磁力加热搅拌法2种前处理方法对土壤六价铬含量进行测定。研究结果发现:恒温水浴振荡前处理方式效果较好。对恒温水浴振荡前处理测定土壤六价铬线性关系、检出限、测定下限、准确度和精密度等进行了实验研究。实验结果表明该方法在0~2.00 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系好,六价铬的检出限为0.4 mg/kg,测定下限1.6 mg/kg,准确度高,精密度好,符合国家标准HJ1082-2019的要求,且整个实验过程简单易操作,交叉污染少,一次能实现大批量样品的同步检测,提高了工作效率,值得推广。In this paper,the content of hexavalent chromium in soil was determined with two pretreatment methods:constant temperature water bath oscillation method and magnetic heating stirring method.The results show that the best pretreatment method is constant temperature water bath oscillation.The linear relationship,detection limit,determination limit,accuracy and precision of hexavalent chromium in soil with constant temperature water bath were studied.The experimental results show that the method has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0-2.00mg/L,the detection limit of hexvalent chromium is 0.4mg/kg,the determination limit is 1.6mg/kg,the accuracy and precision is high.With this method the result can meet all the requirements of the national standard HJ1082-2019.The whole experiment process is simple and easy to operate with less cross contamination,and a large number of samples can be detected at one time.Generally,the constant temperature water bath oscillation method improve the work efficiency and worth of being disseminated.
