摘 要:体力活动对预防心血管和精神疾病及改善身体健康状况具有积极作用。该研究选取32名在校男性大学生作为研究对象,旨在探讨体力活动水平对大学生行走功能的影响,并分析其是否会增加足部损伤和异常步态的风险。通过Zebris FDM-TR70L步态分析系统,测试了受试者足底压力中心(COP)的活动轨迹与足底压力分布等信息。结果显示,低体力活动水平组大学生在行走过程中,步态线长度、COP偏移程度、加载更改时间、前足和中足区足底压力峰值及压强峰值均高于高体力活动水平组,且差异具有统计学意义。因此,建议低体力活动水平的大学生增加体育锻炼,以缩小与高体力活动水平人群的身体功能差距,并降低异常步态、足底疲劳及下肢损伤的发生率。Physical activity has a positive effect on preventing cardiovascular and mental diseases and improving physical health.This study selected 32 male college students as research subjects,aiming to investigate the impact of physical activity level on walking function and whether it increases the risk of foot injury and abnormal gait in college students.The Zebris FDM-TR70L gait analysis system was used to test the activity trajectory of the center of plantar pressure(COP)and the distribution of plantar pressure.The results showed that the low physical activity group of college students had significantly higher gait line length,COP offset,loading change time,peak plantar pressure and pressure peaks in the forefoot and midfoot regions during walking compared to the high physical activity group,and the differences were statistically significant.Therefore,it is recommended that college students with low physical activity levels should increase physical activity to narrow the physical function gap with those with high physical activity levels,and reduce the incidence of abnormal gait and plantar fatigue as well as lower extremity injuries.
