数字体育赋能城乡体育融合发展的历史逻辑、理论逻辑与现实路径

摘　　要：数字体育已成为推动乡村振兴与体育强国建设中最具活力和创新的动力源泉。该文采用文献资料法、田野调查法和逻辑分析法,分析了在新发展阶段如何基于新发展理念,通过数字体育促进城乡体育融合发展,从而构建城乡体育发展的新格局,这是当前亟须解决的现实问题。探讨了构建科技嵌入与融合创新、绿色经济与协调发展、成果共享与开放合作、空间拓展与社会转型等理论逻辑在城乡体育融合发展中的应用。同时,揭示了数字体育赋能城乡体育融合发展过程中面临的体制机制短板、规划实施差异、数字科技不足、教育人才匮乏等多层次现实问题。针对这些问题,提出了数字体育赋能城乡体育融合发展的现实路径:一是加强城乡体制机制改革,完善城乡体育发展的协同治理体系;二是促进生态与文化融合,确保城乡体育融合的可持续发展;三是推进乡村体育数字创新,打造乡村现代化的核心驱动力;四是完善乡村体育人才培养与管理机制,夯实城乡体育融合的人才基础。Digital sports have become the most dynamic and innovative driving force for promoting rural revitalization and building a sports power.Using research methods such as Literature Review,Field Investigation,and Logical Analysis,this paper analyzes how to promote the integrated development of urban and rural sports through digital sports based on the new development concept in the new development stage,and thus construct a new development pattern for urban and rural sports development.This is still an urgent practical problem that needs to be solved.It explores the application of theoretical logics such as technology embedding and integration innovation,green economy and coordinated development,achievement sharing and open cooperation,spatial expansion and social transformation in the integrated development of urban and rural sports.At the same time,it reveals the multi-level practical problems faced in the process of empowering the integration of urban and rural sports development with digital sports,such as institutional shortcomings,differences in planning and implementation,insufficient digital technology,and a shortage of educational talents.In response to these issues,it proposes a practical path for digital sports to empower the integrated development of urban and rural sports:Firstly,strengthen the reform of urban and rural institutional mechanisms and improve the coordinated governance of urban and rural sports development;Secondly,promote the integration of ecology and culture,and ensure the sustainable development of urban-rural sports integration;Thirdly,promote digital innovation in rural sports and create the core driving force for rural modernization;Fourthly,improve the cultivation and management of rural sports talents,and consolidate the talent foundation of urban-rural sports integration.
