摘　　要：现代教育背景下,体育教育在培养学生身体素质、心理健康和综合能力方面发挥着重要作用。该文阐述了高中体育多样化教学方法的实践意义,具体表现为激发学生的体育兴趣与参与热情、推动体育课堂的创新与教学质量提升、增强学生的心理素质和社会适应能力,同时,提出了县域普通高中体育多样化教学的探索路径:聚焦学生需求,突出学生主体作用;创设真实情境,激发学生体育兴趣;融入游戏元素,营造生动课堂氛围;通过竞赛激励,激发学生拼搏精神;开展团队合作,增强学生体育意识;强化智能教育,提升课堂教学效率。In the context of modern education,Physical Education plays an important role in cultivating students'physical fitness,mental health,and comprehensive abilities.This article elaborates on the practical significance of diversified teaching methods in high school Physical Education,specifically in terms of stimulating students'interest and enthusiasm for sports,driving classroom innovation and improving teaching quality,and enhancing students'psychological resilience and social adaptability.Meanwhile,it proposes exploratory paths for diversified Physical Education teaching in county level high schools:Focusing on student needs,highlighting the role of students as the main body;Creating real-life scenarios to inspire student interest in sports;Integrating game elements to create dynamic classroom atmospheres;Inspiring students'spirit of hard work through competitions;Carrying out team cooperation to enhance students'awareness of sports;Strengthening smart education to enhance classroom teaching efficiency.
