摘 要:高温设备金属材料长时间处在高温环境中,在安装和检修期间又处在常温腐蚀环境下,传统的防护方法是在表面涂覆有机硅耐高温涂料,目前市场上主流的有机硅耐高温涂料耐温性能良好,但是耐盐雾、耐水等耐腐蚀性能较差。为提升有机硅耐高温涂料的耐腐蚀性,本文以300℃有机硅耐高温涂料制备为例,通过对比不同型号的有机硅树脂及其清漆的性能,优选主体成膜物树脂;对磷酸锌、滑石粉、云母粉等颜填料的添加量进行了单因素水平确定,并进行了多因素正交试验,通过分析实验结果及各因素极差,确定了最优配方,制备了耐高温涂料,检测相关性能均符合预定目标,耐盐雾时间由120 h增加至300 h,耐腐蚀性提升明显,可为不同环境下的高温设备提供更有效的防护。Metal materials used in high-temperature equipment,during installation and maintenance,they are also in a corrosive environment at room temperature.The traditional protection method is to apply silicone high-temperature resistant coatings on the surface.Currently,the mainstream silicone high-temperature resistant coatings in the market have good temperature resistance,but poor corrosion resistance such as salt spray and water resistance.To improve the corrosion resistance of silicone high-temperature resistant coatings,this article takes the preparation of 300℃ silicone high-temperature resistant coatings as an example.By comparing the performance of different types of silicone resins and their lacquers,the main film-forming resin is selected.The addition amount of pigments and fillers such as zinc phosphate,talc powder,and mica powder were determined at a single factor level,and a multi factor orthogonal experiment was conducted.By analyzing the experimental results and the range of various factors,the optimal formula was determined,and a high-temperature resistant coating was prepared.The relevant performance was tested to meet the predetermined goals.The salt spray resistance time was significantly improved from 120 hours to 300 hours,the high-temperature resistant coating can provide more effective protection for high-temperature equipment in different environments.
